Pictures and Stories

The Fisher Family invites you to the fourth Minnesota Live Adventure (MNLA) -- a Live Action Role-Play (LARP) event taking place in Southeastern Minnesota. Our style of play emphasizes player interaction in an honor system based game that focuses on role-playing instead of rules or game marshals. This system has been in use in Upstate New York by The Live Adventure Game, Inc. for over 20 years.

The event begins Friday evening and ends Sunday morning. Following the Saturday feast, you are invited to share your entertainment talents in the relaxed ambiance of Bardic Circle. Join us and bring your imagination, costumes, spells, songs, stories, musical instruments, etc. to a weekend of camping, feasting, and adventure!

Our LARP takes place in a medieval fantasy setting where sorcerers, warriors, bards, elves, orcs and all sorts of other characters are common. As a player in the LARP you can assume the role of any character you desire. The design team will integrate your character into the prepared storyline and setting according to the information you provide.
