The Fisher Family invites you to the ninth Minnesota Live Adventure (MNLA) -- a Live Action Role-Play (LARP) event taking place in Southeastern Minnesota. Our style of play emphasizes player interaction in an honor system based game that focuses on role-playing instead of rules or game marshals. This system has been in use in Upstate New York by The Live Adventure Game, Inc. for over 25 years.

The event begins Saturday afternoon and ends Monday morning. Following the Sunday feast, you are invited to share your entertainment talents in the relaxed ambiance of Bardic Circle. Join us and bring your imagination, costumes, spells, songs, stories, musical instruments, etc. to a weekend of camping, feasting, and adventure!

Special Date: Want to be a god?
Then Character Information form is due
March 1, 2012!

Our LARP takes place in a medieval fantasy setting where sorcerers, warriors, bards, elves, orcs and all sorts of other characters are common. As a player in the LARP you can assume the role of any character you desire. The design team will integrate your character into the prepared storyline and setting according to the information you provide.

We allow children younger than 18 to play. They get a dynamic choice of their quest or joining the adult quest/puzzle. It is a dynamic choice since they can flip-flop throughout the day on their quests. In all cases, These rules applies to adults. The children get to attack first. Adults, remember who you are fighting; foam weapons can hurt.

Avoid the rush!
